A professional in the industry since 1997, he has worked as an audio and video technician, event organizer, and production manager, ultimately combining all his experiences in the field of complex systems organization. An expert in safety for workers and the public, in 2015 he formally began his career with the RSPP (Head of Prevention and Protection Service) course, which he later enhanced in 2018 with the internationally recognized NEBOSH–Health & Safety Management certification, a globally acknowledged skills certification.

Today, he is a member of the Board of Directors and the executive committee of Doc Servizi, as well as the head of Doc Crew, the technical and production department of Rete Doc. He is also the founder and president of STEA, a cooperative company that brings together professionals in consulting, design, safety, and training for the entertainment industry.

In 2018, he was recognized as one of the “Influencers in Safety” for organizing two workshops titled “Safe Audience,” in partnership with YES–Yourope Event Safety Group, on organizational strategies to ensure safe events.

During the pandemic, he developed an interest in flightcase design, another crucial aspect of the entertainment industry. This passion led to the creation of The Box – where he became President of the Board of Directors in 2023 – dedicated to designing, building, and selling high-quality, long-lasting flightcases.

A professional in the industry since 1983, he began designing and building the first flightcases in his basement, gaining diverse experiences in both the entertainment and industrial sectors. He refined his career by founding his first company in 2003, “ALL BOX,” a national leader in both the entertainment industry and beyond. Prior to this, he served as the mayor of Doc Servizi Soc. Coop., contributing to the cooperative’s artistic sector activities. His passion for flightcase design and construction led him to collaborate with numerous significant companies throughout Italy.

Thus, The Box was born! In 2022, after a dinner full of memories with Doc Servizi President Demetrio Chiappa and Fabio Fila, the question arose: “Why don’t we do more than what we’re doing today?” And so, from that meeting, Davide now holds the position of Vice President at The Box.
